How to open an eKYC account using FedMobile?

  1. Download the FedMobile app.

  2. Complete the SMS activation using same mobile number registered in Aadhaar.
  3. Tap on ‘Open a Savings Account.’
  4. Provide declaration based on the conditions that if you already opened a savings account earlier using Aadhaar OTP with any other bank or not.
  5. Enter the Aadhaar Number/Aadhaar Virtual ID Number and agree to T&C by tapping on Agree button.
  6. Enter the Aadhaar OTP received on registered mobile number.
  7. Confirm personal details & address displayed.
  8. Select your base branch.
  9. Upload photo of PAN Card and enter the details.
  10. Enter profile details & choose account nomination.
  11. Your account is created successfully & account number is activated instantly.
  12. Create MPIN & Log into app.
Important Note:

*In case, if you do not receive Aadhar OTP sent by UIDAI or if your location is different from the one mentioned in Aadhar, you will have to switch to selfie account opening process to open an account successfully with Federal Bank.

To open an account, the user should be 18 years or above and mobile number should be an Indian mobile number (i.e., the country code should be +91).

How to open a selfie account using FedMobile?

  1. Download the FedMobile app.

  2. Complete the SMS activation using same mobile number as registered in Aadhaar.
  3. Tap on ‘Open a Savings Account.’
  4. Provide declaration that savings bank account has been opened earlier using Aadhaar OTP. You will be switched to Selfie Account opening.
  5. Scan QR Code printed on Aadhaar Card.
  6. Confirm personal details & address displayed.
  7. Select your base branch.
  8. Click a selfie with clearly visible face and empty background.
  9. Upload PAN Card and enter the details (Optional)
  10. Enter profile details & choose account nomination (Optional)
  11. Your account is created successfully. Note the account number displayed.
  12. Create MPIN & Log into app.
