The Power to Manage Your Card on Your Fingertips

Unable to find your debit card? Disable it immediately without waiting to ensure safety. Grab the new FedMobile app to resolve all your card related issues in a tap. Once you disable your card using FedMobile app, it will be blocked temporarily, and don’t worry you can enable it once you find it back.

How to enable/disable your debit card?

Login to the FedMobile app, tap on the side bar on the Home screen and go to ‘Card Management.’
Tap on ‘enable/disable card’
Switch on/off the buttons as required. You can switch on/off the card for international Usage, online transactions or for all the functionalities.
Confirm and submit the request.
You will receive an SMS once the request is processed successfully.

Change/Set a New PIN of your Card from Your Phone

Forgot your debit card PIN or tried wrong PINs for more than 3 times? You can always change the PIN or set a new PIN from your Mobile using the new FedMobile app. Yes! Now you don’t have to run to an ATM machine or listen to those IVR instructions to set/change your PIN.

How to set new PIN or change PIN of your debit card?

Login to the FedMobile app, tap on the side bar on the Home screen and go to ‘Card Management.’
Go to ‘Set New PIN/ Change PIN.’
Enter the New debit card PIN and confirm the New debit card PIN.
Select the expiry month and year of your debit card.
Tap on ‘Change PIN’ and confirm.

Protect Your Card from Misuse or Fraud

Lost your card somewhere? Don’t panic! Just use the new FedMobile app to block your debit card. Once blocked all the transactions through that card will be seized immediately. You will have to visit the branch to apply for a new debit card to start using the services again.

How to block your debit card?

Login to the FedMobile app, tap on the side bar on the Home screen and go to ‘Card Management.’
Tap on the ‘Block this card’ button.
Confirm to block the card.

Set Your Debit Card as Default

Do you have multiple debit cards linked to Federal Bank accounts? You can now access and manage all these cards from one place using the new FedMobile app. Set your most frequently used debit card as the default card to make faster payments and save more time.
