How to view the mini/account statement?

  1. Login to the FedMobile app.
  2. Tap the ‘FedBook’ icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
  3. Swipe left the top banner to select from your multiple accounts.
  4. The last 10 transactions (mini statement) will appear on the screen.
  5. Tap on ‘view full transactions’ to view full account statement, i.e., for the last 180 days.
  6. Apply filters based on transaction type or date to view details of a particular transaction.

How to view individual transaction detail?

  1. Login to the FedMobile app.
  2. Tap the ‘FedBook’ icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
  3. Swipe left to select your account and tap on ‘View full statement.’
  4. Now tap on a particular transaction you want to see the details for.
  5. To copy your transaction ID, tap on the box icon given beside the ID.
  6. You can now share or use this ID to meet your purpose.

How to search for a transaction in the account statement?

  1. Login to the FedMobile app.
  2. Tap the ‘FedBook’ icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
  3. Tap on ‘view full statement.’
  4. Search the transactions directly using transaction remarks or apply filters and then search.

How to view account summary?

  1. Login to the FedMobile app.
  2. Tap the ‘FedBook’ icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
  3. Tap on ‘View all accounts’ on top right corner of the screen.
  4. Tap on the account you want to see the details.
  5. To make other account as default account, select that account, tap on ‘Set Default,’ enter MPIN and confirm.
  6. You can also view account statement, download statement, and request cheque book under account details page.

How to download or email the account statement?

  1. Login to the FedMobile app.
  2. Tap the ‘FedBook’ icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
  3. Swipe left the top banner to select your account
  4. Tap on ‘view details’ and then ‘Download Statement’ to download or email the statement.

Important Note:

To view the downloaded statement, you must enter the password. The password is a combination of the first four letters of your name/name of your firm, all in capitals, followed by your Date of Birth/firm’s Date of Incorporation in DDMM format. Do not use any special characters or spaces. For instance, if the registered name is Anu Thomas K, and the Date of Birth is 10-09-1965, then the password will be ANUT1009.

How to pay the loan amount?

  1. Login to the FedMobile app.
  2. Tap the ‘FedBook’ icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
  3. Tap on ‘view all accounts,’ select the loan account, and tap on ‘pay amount.’
  4. Enter the amount and select your account.
  5. Enter your MPIN to confirm payment.

How to request a cheque book using FedBook?

  1. Login to the FedMobile app.
  2. Tap the ‘FedBook’ icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
  3. Select your account and tap on ‘Request Cheque Book.’
  4. Select a delivery option.
  5. Enter the number of leaves you want in your cheque book and submit.
  6. Tap on ‘view status’ to check your order status.
